Dom Pattinson Treasure Hunt Easter Art giveaway

Dom Pattinson rose to fame after George Clooney bought his work as a wedding gift for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, he is now an internationally known artist with many collectors, there was a Dom Pattinson Treasure Hunt Easter Art Giveaway across London on  Good Friday (14 April-15th) in the run-up to his exciting Zebra One Gallery exhibition, April 19th ( private view 18th)

Find the Coat of Arms

Each piece was worth £3,000 and if you found a pair that makes up the coat of Arms, you can bring them both in and Zebra One Gallery will frame them for you, but only if you have a pair…

Pattinson added: “The pair of Zebras in these artworks are designed to complete a coat of arms, as a banner for all those subjugated for being different. I am passionate about helping people, I have children of my own so to see these poor kids and families from war-torn areas being displaced is shocking to me”.

Dom started what he called the 12 tasks of Hercules back in 2014 ….a series of fundraising events in New York and London that helped many small but important charities deliver aid, food, shelter etc to those in need.

Free Art by Dom

His ‘Free Art’ campaign has been hugely successful in the past with and has enabled him to be able to speak out to a wider audience about what he believes in and the upcoming interview with the BBC alongside Dave Rowntree (for the IRC) highlighting some of the outright injustices going on in Syria is another example of this. this free easter art giveaway was also featuring some of his single Zebras from his iconic Stand-Out Stand Proud series of works which had the underlying theme of “It’s ok to be who you are”.

Exhibition at Zebra One on the 19-29 April

I read somewhere that clues will be tweeted as to where to find the artwork? Is that correct?

    Thank you.

Hello My 17 year old daughter saw Dom on this morning and loved the zebra pictures. We are over 30 miles away from London. But she really wants to travel to London to take part in the art hunt. My concern is she is not very street savvy and does not know London well. can you please advise me, it mentioned on the TV that clues would be give to locations of prints at some point. can you tell me where she could find these clues as I would rather have an idea of where in London she may have to travel to. I hope she gets to take part as after splitting from her long term boyfriend this would be a positive distraction. Many thanks for any Information Kind Regards

      Hi,

We are just finalising the route but we will be going Chelsea, Knightsbridge, might take in a royal something or over, Westend moving across toward the Southbank and London Bridge near the Tate modern on Friday… Hope this is of some help and helps to put a smile upon her face

    Can’t wait!
Gutted that I can’t make it to London today though. If I think I have worked out the location(s), but can’t be there, does that count?? Points for effort etc??
I should’ve of been a detective. I have my ideas and plans already, just can’t afford to get there.
